Where is my order?

We send all orders via a tracked service, and tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please check the tracking link to view the current status of your delivery.

If the delivery timeframe has passed, feel free to reach out to us at products@mindcandy.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Kindly note that once the order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the postal service, and we are unable to expedite delivery at that stage. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping

Processing and Delivery:

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

This timeframe is an estimate only; certain exceptions and delays are sometimes possible.

All orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, after normal business hours or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Once the product is dispatched, we do not have any control over the delivery services.

Please note: If you have placed an order containing multiple products, they may arrive separately as they could be shipped from different suppliers.

Shipping timeframe:

Please note shipping time frame will vary depending on your country. Shipping timeframes will be estimated and displayed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, your delivery is in the hands of the courier.

Shipping Address:

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, it is unlikely to be modified due to different departments handling queries. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. However, even if you contact us immediately, the shipping process is managed by a separate department, so your request may not be seen in time.

We will do our best to assist where possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, you will be responsible for any additional costs to resend it. Thank you for your understanding!

Customs:

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Your order may be held up in customs. You are responsible for any customs fees. If customs fees are not paid and your order is returned, you will be responsible for any additional costs.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

I’ve got a faulty product what do I do?

While rare, products can sometimes arrive with faults. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us right away at products@mindcandy.com and include a photo of the issue. Be sure to provide your order number to help us resolve the matter quickly. We’ll work with you to address the issue as soon as possible.
